Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

I was originally going to say if you were adding or removing objects from that image in Express, it might be the amount of skin showing that was causing the problem, but I was able to use your photo to remove the sign on the wall. So, what did you have selected at the time and what were you adding or subtracting from the image?  A screen recording would help.
