New Instagram Ratio

Is there any timeline in place for when Adobe Express will update the scheduling feature to account for the new Instagram Ratio of 1080x1350 Pixels? The scheduling feature is great but now I cannot schedule posts with the correct ratio.

We do have some IG templates for these new dimensions in the social media Instagram section, Instagram Ad and Instagram Portrait Post. I'll include a screenshot for reference.

OP specifcally asked about the scheduling feature, which currently does not allow you to upload graphics with 1080x1350 dimensions. It's great that you made templates, but we can't schedule any posts using them!

I got it working now, thanks. I got confused by the warning text there and thought you could only post 1080px square images. I think mine were slightly off from 1080x1350 so it wouldn't accept them.

If you upload more than 1 graphic at a time in 1080 x 1350 it won't accept it and still refers that you have to resize to 1080x1080. It very much negates the purpose of the scheduler that this is still the case

I am also unable to schedule graphics with Instagram's new aspect ratio through Adobe Express, getting the same error message as above. It has been months since this Instagram update.

This is still an issue, and Adobe Express still suggests using 1080x1080. Is there any timeline on the fix? It's quite frustrating with these outdated suggestions with no solution. It will not let me post unless it's reel or square format.

I get that, but it can't schedule for auto-publishing (as the screenshot above shows). It requires 1080x1080.

Regarding the 1080x1080 suggestion, yes Adobe Express still defaults to recommending this square format for many social posts, as it's widely accepted across platforms. However, we understand that social media trends have shifted toward more vertical formats like 1080x1350 or 1080x1920. This has been a common request, and we’ve shared this feedback with the product team.

In the meantime, you can manually set your preferred size using “Resize” > “Custom” or choose a template closer to your ideal dimensions. Let us know if you’d like help customizing a post for a specific platform.

This isn't solved, we aren't looking for templates we're looking for the ability to schedule out our posts on instagram in the correct ratio size, it's not allowing us to use the scheduling feature. We should be allowed to override this feature if it's not going to be updated with the app. The post button is greyed out. 1080x1350 is the feed and carousel size but the main grid size is 1012.5x1350 px so if you want your grid to look good, you can't if using the scheduling feature.

Also waiting for this! The update has been out for a month, and Adobe Express even has templates for designing with the new aspect ratio, but you can't actually post images with those dimensions with the scheduler. This makes the schedule feature totally unusable to me until they update it.

It's so annoying especially when you're a graphic designer and create your content from scratch. Like no I don't want to use the template I want to schedule everything so I don't have to think about it. It sucks

Im also having an issue with this, I can't schedule anything it gives the warning and greys the schedule button out for the new ratios. The new main grid ratio is 1012.5x1350, whereas the feed and carousel size is 1080x1350. I've tried 1012x1350 AND 1013x1350 it wont let me schedule either. I'm not trying to post a template I'm trying to post my own images. It's frustrating being told what to do by my computer and not having the option to override it.
