New Here ,

Now you have removed the "order" option on this horrible desktop version so I cannot figure out how to bring a graphic to the top of the design. It is now hidden behind other layers.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. You should be able to change the layer order by drag-n-droping the layers within the stack.
