No longer have access to Adobe Express. Contact your Admin for details. Using Creative Cloud too

We have an enterprise account with Adobe using Creative Cloud. We are not able to access Adobe Express. It will let you login and open it but then we receive an error - No longer have access to Adobe Express. Contact your Admin for details.

We have a user who says they were able to access it recently but no longer can. I've tried and we both get the same error of no access. When testing, I did discover if they were assigned an InDesign license Adobe Express would work for them.

Thank you for any insight.

Sue

Hi Sue,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing access issues. I support enterprise customers. It is possible you were on a trial license or there was a change made in your admin console by your IT Admin. The best route would be to reach out to your IT Admin, however, if you do not know who that is you can email me at schweize@adobe.com and I can look into this further for you. Best, Colleen

The solution was the user had to login to Adobe Express with a non-enterprise account to be able to use both.
