Old Files are suddenly not loading\ opening

Hello

I've been working on a project like normal until today when I try to open the file and I get the following message:

"We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.

UUID: eb64691e-6378-43f9-944d-98520d02c0f6"

 

I can't download the file, nor can I see it on the Creative Cloud app.

This is extremely infuriating and worrisome since I essentially have lost valuable work. Can anyone please help?

If this is not resolved I can never use this app again.
