Old Files are suddenly not loading\ opening

Question

HelloI've been working on a project like normal until today when I try to open the file and I get the following message:"We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.UUID: eb64691e-6378-43f9-944d-98520d02c0f6" I can't download the file, nor can I see it on the Creative Cloud app.This is extremely infuriating and worrisome since I essentially have lost valuable work. Can anyone please help?If this is not resolved I can never use this app again.

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you're still having trouble, as our engineering team has fixed some bugs since this was last reported.
