Posts missing on iPhone

Hi there

 

Currently using Adobe Express across a desktop, iPad and iPhone. Today I was able to use Express to edit one of my designs on my phone and it synced across all devices. After this I noticed one design was missing from my phone only.

I tried logging out and back in to see if it would force the phone app to sync but no luck. So tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Now I have lost access to all my designs via my phone. 

For context: I am logged in as same account on three devices right now. If I edit a template on iPad/desktop it syncs instantly between both devices including editing previous designs I have created. Anything I do on my phone does not sync to my overall account. It's as if my phone is a separate account BUT it does have access to my libraries for elements I regularly include in designs. It is only designs themselves which are not carrying across devices.

Hi,

 

to check from where this issue came please check if you closes the Adobe Express App on the Phone. If that does not help try to reinstall the App (with deleting all the App data). Also try to log out from the iPad and/or Desktop. Also try to make a new project from the Phone and check if that new Project is synced correctly. Hope that helps.

I have the same issue since a couple of weeks. Ipad and desktop sync perfectly but iphone suddenly doesn't. I've tried logging in and out on all devices and also reinstalling the app. It's very annoying since I do a lot of branding on the go...
