Hello, problem downloading my 32 page presentation (many elements). Test carried out with several documents, as soon as the number of pages is significant: this poses a problem. The export is blocked at 90% and this error message appears (see jpg). THANKS !

Bonjour, problème de téléchargement de ma présentation de 32 pages (beaucoup d'élements). Test effectué avec plusieurs documents, dès que le nombre de pages est conséquent : cela prose problème. L'export se bloque à 90% et ce message d'erreur apparaît (voir pj). Merci !

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know how it goes.
