Project Folder only showing 16 projects

Hi All,

My Project Folders are only showing 16 items. If I add any more, they are still in the folder, but do not show. Any thoughts on why this is?

As a previous Canva user, I love some of the features of Adobe Express, but others are very frustrating. Here is a list of my top 3 issues and if anyone has any answers to these issues, let me know:

1. No ability to download multiple projects

2. Projects can have only one page

3. You can't move multiple projects at a time into another folder unless it is a sub folder

Thank you for writing. We will help you. Are you trying to open your projects from the "Recent" tab at the bottom of the home page or the "Projects" tab on the left side? This step should resolve the issue. If not, then try clearing the browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito," (Chrome), "Private" (Safari) or similar window. Projects should be available normally afterward. Kindly try these steps and write us back with the results.

Project Tab on the left hand side, Not recent on the bottom. The recent list was how I got to the projects that were not showing in the folder. When I edit it from the recent, it then shows in the folder, but one of the older ones dissapears.
