Project restoration

is it possible to restore projects, on adobe creative cloud express, that have been deleted or have disappeared?

i'm using it on ipad

Thank you for reaching out. We can try these steps, and let's see if that works. This link has all the steps to recover the deleted files. Just be mindful that if those projects are completely deleted from the cloud, they will not be recovered. Please check this and write us back with any observations.
