Projects don't sync between mobile and dekstop/web version and I can't access Lightroom collections

I am a new user of Adobe Express and I want to use the app to create social posts. I am encountering the following two problems:
- On my desktop/web version I cannot access my photo collections from Lightroom, while I can on the mobile Adobe Express app and secondly
- I can't see the projects I made on my mobile on the desktop/web version. I am properly signed in with my Adobe ID on all platforms and am a premium member and work on a Mac.

Hi @Hansoma 

 

Here's a summary:

 

  1. Desktop is a completely reimplemented version of Express on a new platform (new.express.adobe.com)
  2. Mobile apps come in two flavors:

 

Projects will only sync on the new versions, i.e., 1 and 2b.

 

Also, Lightroom import is not currently available on the new versions (i.e., only available on 2a). We are planning on bringing it to new versions (see https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express/suggestions/46742365-import-projects-...)

Thank you I downloaded what I assumed was the most recent one as I'm a new user and this is the first time downloading  (android).

I'm also having trouble seeing anything that is shared from me from my designer, the colaborations link she is sending me is error not found and nothing is showing in my notifications or the labraries.

Have you got any solutions on this?

I have gone through the troubleshooting with the incognito tab as well as clearing cache.

I am on a premium individual version.

My designer has now fixed the issue with the help of your support team, I now however am still having trouble syncing any files to teh app. I'm told there is a latest version of 26.3.0 though the only latest one I can download is 26.2.0 on my android phone.
