publish link error

every time when i try it click on publish a link it says we can not publish a link at this time please try again and i have done this like serveral times but its not working for some reason can you help?

Can you share a screenshot of the error message? Can you indicate the device, the browser version and the OS version? Have you quit and refreshed the page? Could you share the project ID from the URL toolbar?
