Hello,
I created several QR codes a while back to organize my companies SDS information. All codes but one now work. The one that does not work is the largest file and I've tried changing the URL link with no success. The links all work on desktop format but when the code is scanned from a phone, I get an error saying "Server Error in '/' Application" when trying to open the files. Can anyone shed some light on my situation? Is the file simply too large? It was working fine up until now and I am scrathing my head trying to figure it out.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
This is still an ongoing issue. Not sure whats going on with responses on this topic but everytime I reply, it doesn't show up. I've replied a couple of times and everytime I come back, my response is gone.

The issue has not been resolved yet and I am still getting the same error message. I tried to upload the QR code but it won't let me post my reply with the QR code attached.

Hello,
I tried the QR code after receiving this message. I'm no longer getting the same error message but it still doesn't work. I simply get a "Not Found" message display.

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried accessing the destination URL directly (without scanning the QR code) to see if the resource is accessible? Is it possible to share the URL with via PM to check from our end?
Please share the screenshot of the error message you're seeing.
