Hello! All my projects were deleted automatically, there is not a single file in the personal account. The projects page is just empty, as if the account was recently created. Help restore my projects. If I search through the browser history, an error appears that I do not have access to this file, but the file was created from this account! User ID: k410thwmd@0216001.xyz

Hi @lu_0331,
Hi and welcome! Sorry you're dealing with this. Here's how to try restoring your Adobe Express projects:
Check your account
Make sure you're signed into the correct Adobe ID on Adobe Express. Try logging out and back in.
Look in the “Deleted” section
Go to “Your stuff,” scroll down to “Deleted,” and restore any files listed there.
Try another browser or device
Use a different browser, incognito mode, or another device to check if it’s just a loading issue.
Use browser history
Click on the saved links while logged into the correct account. If access is denied, the file may be tied to a different profile.
Contact Adobe Support
Visit https://adobe.ly/4lMU77i and include your Adobe ID and any project links you have.
Let me know if you'd like help writing your message to support.

I received this message this morning, but the thing is that I don't know which account these projects are on, since they were created on mine, but access to them was lost after the access expired. : You no longer have access to CCE All Apps for K-12.
Don't worry, this doesn't affect your access to other Adobe apps and services you might have. If you think this was done in error, please contact your team administrator.

Hey @baker_4591 , thanks for sharing this! Can you confirm if the projects were made with any Edu ID or your personal Adobe ID? Are you using multiple accounts?
Also, I'd suggest you clear all the cache/cookies of the browser you're using or on any private/incognito browsing mode, log in the exact same manner you used to do when those projects were created. You might get multiple options like logging in with your Email address, Google, Apple, or Facebook ID. Then you might receive a window asking you to select a profile among personal, business, or company accounts. (similar to the attached screenshot)
Selecting any other profile type or signing in with a different method creates a new ID, which might have been the issue.
Let us know how it goes, and share your observations!
Thanks!

It looks like the projects were created in the corporate account. Adobe for Education, something like that, but now it only goes into the personal account. I don't get a list like the one in the screenshot, I only indicated my personal account and that's it. The subscription has ended. Without a subscription, I won't be able to open my projects?

In such a case, you may need to contact the corporation's IT administrator and ask them to get access to your account if it hasn't already been deleted. Then, you can share projects from your federal ID with your Adobe ID.

the group administrator does not have these projects, since they were created on my account, but in a different mode (training) and now I do not understand at all what to do. We did not delete anything, not the projects on the record itself, just access to the option and all the projects along with it disappeared. If I open one of the projects via a browser link, they write to me that I need to request access, but the message about access is not sent anywhere. Or it is sent to the second member of the group, but there are very old projects that were already in the public domain, copied and remade by me. But they are nowhere to be found. or do you mean contact the adobe administrator?

the letter is not sent anywhere. I have links to projects. How can I find out what ID they are currently associated with? I created them on an account that I lost access to, they are nowhere to be found.
