Save as transparent png

How do I save as transparent png? So frustrating I've tried everything. What am I missing?

Hi @danielle_5089

You should just need to set the background color to transparent (box with the red diagonal line) and then select download PNG with transparent background; if you don't see the option, you might not have set your background to transparent yet.
