Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with syncing your projects from mobile to desktop.
Did you try to deinstall and reinstall the app on your phone? Is the phone on Wi-Fi? There is a preference in Settings > Sync projects where you can specify that projects only sync when connected to Wi-Fi (to prevent using cellular data). Can you see your projects on the web browser app if you deinstall and reinstall the app on your mobile?
To help you, can you tell us what browser, browser version and operating system you are using? Can you try with a different browser and/or device if possible? Let us know which OS you are using, ie iOS/Android, etc.
