Will ContentCal's "Send for Approval" option be featured in Adobe Express? My team loves this feature as it makes communication about editing fast and easy.

This was the main reason we got Content Cal! Without it, it is not very useful to us. If Adobe had any sense, they would be fast-tracking this feature, not just responding with 'put your ideas forward and we will think about it'.
