Some Stock Content Can No Longer Be Used

Community Beginner ,
Feb 11, 2024 Feb 11, 2024

I have created a 12+ minute slideshow with multiple stock content items.  I update this slideshow weekly and have never had this issue before.  How can I determine which stock asset 619862084 is so I can replace or remove it?

I have seen the automated replies to others so I'll go ahead and provide the responses to the questions asked.  I am a Premium member and paid for a year's subscription that does not expire until September 2024.

It took 2 days for me to find the answer to my question so I am posting the answer to benefit others.  When trying to download an Adobe Express MP4, if you receive an error message that a Stock Asset you used is no longer licensed, Adobe Express does not currently show you which specific Stock Asset needs to replaced/removed.  To find the specific unlicensed Stock Asset in your file, go to https://stock.adobe.com/ and login.  Click your account circle icon in the upper right corner then click License History to review the stock assets used to determine which specific asset is no longer licensed and must be replaced/removed.  I hope this helps save someone 2 days of frustration and missed deadlines.

Hi @default34304204sar8q7

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and missed deadline. I had actually forwarded your post to the someone on the Stock team that can help figure out what specific asset ids refer to, but this was over the weekend. I am glad you figured this out yourseld and also shared your workaround for the benefit of other users!

Also wanted to add that we are working on improving the user experience in this scenario (where Stock assets are removed) so it's easier to identify and replace assets.

I tried @default34304204sar8q7 much appreciated fix, but it's not working. Now, I cannot download the file even when I have deleted all the Adobe Stock images from it. I first tried re-downloading, then re-purchasing, the Adobe images used, but none of that helped. I am stumped and would appreciate help. thank you. Kim

Just started with Adobe Express - used a template with only one additional image added (My own). I get an error when downloading as above. No a single item in the file as the listed stock ID - no history of stock images used over on the Stock photo site.

Hi @Kieran36602800ejh4

The asset it's flagging probably came with the template, but had to be removed from the Stock collection (this can happen, though rarely, for issues like copyright violations etc.)

It's an orange lightning bolt that looks something like

You will have to remove it or replace it with something else for download to succeed. Sorry for the incovenience.
