Some videos and animated posts not working

I have two posts that are not loading. They start, then stop, and a spinning wheel appears. It also occurs on my team members' replays, so it is not something to do with my internet connection.

We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues with videos and animated posts. Since it also happens on your team members’ replays, it may be related to the project or assets. Could you confirm which platform (web, iOS, Android) and app version you’re using?

In the meantime, could you try clearing your browser cache or app cache and restarting? If the issue persists, please let us know.

I'm on iOS. This was happening on both Safari and Chrome as I tried both.  I had tried clearing my history and cache prior to posting the issue. I left the post spinning to load; it eventually loaded. But this took nearly 30 minutes. Today, I don't seem to be having the same issue.

Thanks for your response. We're glad the issue is resolved. If it occurs again, Try switching the internet connection and sharing a screen recording of the issue to investigate further.
