swhy must i pay third party for spell check

with the abunfddance to actually every web design suite avasilable on the internet from the most basic free to anything , hosts a spell check feature yet on a primium paid membership design suite adobe ewxpress this feature is only hoisted by seeking a paisd third party add on , can anyone explain this to me , am i missing something , why must i pay for spell check ? this is of the most basic features that is hoisted everywhere across the board, why should i pay
