The new version doesn't work

Hi, after the change from Adobe Spark on Creative Cloud Express I cannot create any new project. All my old project are visible, but if I try to modify one I become an error. Also if I choose a new project I cannot use any picture I search. I have the premium version, but it seems to have a general problem, as I read about a lot of comments with the same problem.
