Hi,
I am trying to transfer Adobe Express projects from my personal account to my organisation account, which is connected to the same ID email. Whenever I log in with my Adobe ID, I get the option to choose one of the two. This means that I have not been able to share the project as per Adobe's instructions (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/express/using/transfer-projects-between-accounts.html), because it is in fact the same account and I am unable to share with myself. I have tried using different versions of my email, but that also doesn't work.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best,
Daria

Hi Daria,
I see what you mean. I was able to come up with a workaround but it requires a few extra steps. If rather than inviting yourself to the project you use the Copy Link option when logged in with your personal account, and then log out/in again with your organization account you should be able to access your projects from the copied link. You may want to save all of the Copied Links from several projects to a document to make the process easier. The Copy Link option appears at the bottom of the Invite others to your project dialogue.
Hope that helps,
Dave

Hi Dave,
Thank you for the workaround - it worked! Just to add for whoever else might be facing the same problem: this workaround is easier to do with two browsers. What I did, step by step:
1. Logged into my personal account in Chrome.
2. Copied all my project links into one file.
3. Logged into my organisation account in Safari.
4. Opened all the links in Safari through my organisation account and requested access to each project.
5. Updated my personal account page in Chrome and allowed access to each project (pending requests are visible in your notifications).
6. Updated my organisation account page in Safari to check that the new projects show up there.
