Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

     nload sticks here and then nothing happens after this. Please help.

    I arrived to this thread today, May 15, 2025. And I have this problem since yesterday. I will have to throw away the Youtube video I created because Adobe Express is "stuck" AGAIN.

     

    So frustrating to waste my time using the platform to edit videos.

      So sad still the same problem appears  again and again.

      It has costed me to stay and wait for download to even start.

      Hey @Breezypro_Tv1699, Can you please specify which format are you trying to export the project in? since when is this happening for you? Does it happen with all your projects or its just this specific one? Have you tried downloading in different formats? Also ,can you try downloading once from the desktop web browser to see if the issue is with the project or not.

      I don't understand why this issue still persists. I haven't been able to download video for more than a year. I get the same pop-up as everyone else, or usually, (download failed). I can't use Express for video anymore. I work for Fujifilm and all my colleagues in my department can't use that functioneither, we have to use Canva. I've even chatted with an Express rep named Bryson Fairchild who said he'd talk to people.  If we want to do quick video pieces, without using Premiere, we go to Canva.

      Still a problem in 2025 its my fault for not using canva for the job.

        Hey @thomasw62172113, Can you please specify and provide more details for the issue with the Adobe Express app? Also, let us know if you're using the webapp or the mobile app.

          Download stops at 90%. This is an assignment. Not good at all.

          Still the same issue here. 8/20/24.  Cleared cache, history, rebooted computer. Still cannot download

            I couldn't download long videos (1 hour) in Adobe Express, but I found the solution and it's better to use Adobe Premier Rush to edit the videos, it's better because it has a desktop application (the Adobe Express one uses the browser and support told me that it has problems at the moment). The good news is that Adobe Premier Rush is included in the Adobe Express subscription : https://www.adobe.com/la/creativecloud/video/compare-plans.html?promoid=H822XQ7V&mv=other

            Why have a video option then? 1 hour video, sure. But, what about something that's 10 seconds and could easily be created in experience. It's not really solution and Adobe needs to figure the video stuff out. I'm creating short videos in Canva. Adobe, please figure this out.
