Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

    0% Donwload... it never downloads!!! Cookies cleared, cach cleared... I'm sick of all the bugs!!

    file does get downloaded stays at 0% no matter what (reloaded, copied, used several devices, closed tabs) - nothing it is urgent
