Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

새로고침후에도 지속적으로 연결이 끊겨 작업이 불가능합니다. 인터넷은 잘 되고있고 다른 사이트도 잘 들어갑니다.

WHY IS IT SO SLOW MAN. FIX THIS SHI ADOBE. EVERYTIME I DO A SIMPLE TASK LIKE MAKING A TEXT BOLD, IT FREEZES FOR AT LEAST 30 SECONDS UNTIL I CAN DO ANYTHING ELSE.

I am having issues with the program being laggy and running slowly. When I reached out to support, they said my file had too much content, but the program is struggling to run at all and won't even load the homepage. Internet connection is not the problem and I am running in incognito mode.

@Jerald La Madrid, Ok, I am sorry you are still having issues. After Adobe status said the issue was resolved, I tested downloading which is what most people were reporting here and that appeared to be working again. It is possible there are [still] other issues.

The program won't allow me to export my video as a .mp4 file. It doesn't progress past 0%. It won't allow me to export directly to social media either, stating that an attachment has not yet uploaded. I can't identify what that is in reference to.

of course I did all that trouble shooting. I'm dissapointed that it took support so long to acknowledge that it was a site wide issue as now listed on the status page: Adobe System Status
