Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

Hi there, I'm still having this issue as well.  I had it all last week, then randomly got one video to download (don't ask me how, I still have no clue... maybe luck?) and nothing since then will download. It's frustrating because my deadline for a project is tomorrow and nothing will download. Even started up Premium to see if that would help and it doesn't...

Aug 1: I'm not able to download video. I also tried clearing my cache, logging in and out, and restarting my computer.

this is a debacle, Adobe owe us a refund for this month.

Try clearing your cache and cookies, then attempt downloading projects in Adobe Express again. Let us know if you continue to experience issues.

Greetings, I have encountered an issue while trying to export my video project. The video is pending in "Saving...". I cleared the cache for the last 24h, tried from another browser and even from mobile app and got the same result.
