Before purchasing creative cloud all apps I was on Adobe Express subscription and saw the linkedin offer to redeem on the benefits account. Seeing the adobe max all over the internet then enticed me to purchase the creative cloud all apps for my next purchase. I waited patiently and excitingly for that day to come because the post says you will have 3 months of Linkedin premium once creative cloud all apps was purchased. Since I have never purchased creative cloud all apps yet all my life, made me think I am eligible. It then gave me a wow facial expression of having that spark of hope. The day came my Adobe Express will end and I will shift to Creative Cloud All Apps. I purchased and reopened the adobe benefits tab and seen no Linkedin offer to redeem. Poof! Expectations crushed. Wow face turned to dull face.
That's how it went Tarun. I hope that's clearer now. 🙂

Happened to me, too 💔 I am trying to avail of the offer now. I thought I had time. I didn't know it was so time-sensitive. It hasn't even been a month since I saw that offer on Adobe. And I have been on Premium since 2022. I thought I finally get a good extra benefit from all those dollars I've spent on this subscription. Like, totally heartbreaking.

We’re sorry to hear this — we know how disappointing it is to miss out on a benefit you were looking forward to. The LinkedIn Premium offer was indeed time-sensitive and limited, and while we’d love for everyone to take advantage of it, availability can vary depending on eligibility and timing.
That said, we’re happy to check if there’s still anything we can do to help. If you haven’t already, please feel free to reach out directly via https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html so we can look into your account and see what’s possible.
Thanks again for being a loyal subscriber — we truly appreciate you.
