I am new to Adobe Express. I am having an issue with poor quality, low resolution to graphics I upload to Express.
I am creating an Instagram Post file (1080 x 1080). I uploaded some logo graphics from my device that I created in Photoshop. The PNG file for the graphic is 206 KB, 2550 x 776 px (300ppi). The PNG normally is very crisp in all other Adobe apps I use it in. However, in Express, the quality is very poor and low resolution.
I tried mulitple other PSDs and PNG, same result.
I then tried to upload the PSD as a linked asset in my Library from Creative Cloud. Same low quality when I add it to the Express file.
Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong? I cannot use Express for my social media content if this is how high resolution graphics are compressed.

Has anyone found a solution here? I am having the same issues. My images look horrible when imported into Express. It is a standard 1080x1080, 72 ppi PSD file. I have uploaded all the proper fonts into my brand assets but the text doesn't seem to come in the same either.
The attached shows what should be a normal white outlined box. After importing, it has some sort of darker outline to it that just doesn't work.

Hi All,
Thank you for reaching out and for your patience.
I haven't been able to replicate this issue.
Can you confirm if you're still having trouble?
Our engineering team has fixed some bugs since this was reported.
I'm here to help and looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Lyn,
I just imported the PSD again and the same issues are still there.
In the PSD, I have a regular rectangle with a stroke and some text inside. Once imported into Express, the rectangle doesn't look very clean and almost looks like it has a drop shadow. The font seems to shift as well.
I also have a vector logo in the PSD, and once imported, it gets very pixelated. I'm hoping the attached image will help you see what I'm seeing.
