It used to be super easy to create a great looking collage in Adobe Express. I could select multiple pictures and it would build it. Any size I chose, and let me play with it until I saved it. I can't seem to do that anymore. HELP PLEASE!

I can't find it either. Canva has one I am using.

Hi there,
You can use Create Collage, as a workaround, which is now available in Adobe Express. Select multiple images on your canvas and use the Create collage button from the left panel to automatically make a collage by adding all the images to a grid. You then have all of the existing Grids functionality available to reframe images, replace images, and adjust cell sizes.

Sorry, but where is the create collage button on the left panel? Also, it seems that the grids only populate a square image--is that right? I really can't believe that you got rid of this feature. Really scrambling now to meet a deadline.

I think I may have found the next best thing to the OG collage maker. The app inshot has an option for collages. You select your images, the type of grid and voila. Done. Easy to move images around and swap them out.
adobe - you could get some pointers here.

I too have been looking for the collage maker! So frustrating they took this feature out. Guess I'll go elsewhere!

Please check out https://www.loom.com/share/54e60e4a826d4c298b48ba3916c3bae5?sid=dbc281e8-89d9-45e1-901c-e3bd1748acd7 to see if this workflow helps. It's similar to the original collage maker, with one key difference that you create the collage inside the editor (within an existing project) rather than creating a new project with just the collage.

Oh, navigate to https://new.express.adobe.com/ then create a blank new file of the size you want using the Plus button on the left. Once the file is created, the rest of the steps in the recording above should work.

FotoJet has the same template that Express has. God, I miss the customization of the original collage maker.

Yes, when you said you had a newer version of Adobe & asked" if you want to switch, but realize if you switch, there is no going back to the old version, " I would have stuck with the old version had I known collages were not an option on the new version, that's almost all I used. Please put them in this version, or put me back on the old version

Susan, has this issue with Adobe Photo Shop CS6 gotten back with you? I'm now having problems with mine not doing Collage, which I use all the time as well.
Thanks

They switched to 'grids' and I can honestly say it is pretty awful. I thought the drag and drop option to automatically create a collage was one of their best features. Grids seems like a regression, primitive option. Please bring back the collage option.
