When I download a completed project, I only get an MP4.CRDOWNLOAD file, not an MP4. How do I get the MP4? I cannot open or convert or use the CRDOWNLOAD.

I only get MP4.CRDOWNLOAD files, not MP4, no matter how long I wait. I was able to get an MP4 on one, but not the others.
