Why do i have to wait to download my file?

I have been waiting for 2 hours and still cannot download my file. Why do i have to wait to download my file?  Will this always be an issue?  Is adobe express a professional product?

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know in which file format you're downloading the file? Are you getting any error messages? Did you try switching to another internet connection to see if that helps? 

Also, did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
