Written Content isn't showing

Hi everyone, 

hopefully comeone can help cause even Adobe customer service doesn't know how to fix it. Most PDF files uploaded the written content doesn't show.

There is a problem with the program, whether from downloaded version of accessing it form different pages. Anyone suffering from the same issue and knew how to fix it?

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you still need help, as it has been a while since this was last reported, and I sadly haven't been able to replicate this issue.

It may help to clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
