I am sorry you are having some problems. 

[UPDATE: it is possible this is an intermitant problem today. I have received several failures like this and there is another report in the Firefly Discord.]

I tried to do what I think you were doing from the photo:

And was able to get results:

Those results do not look great, but I am working with a lower resolution image than yours because it is a copy of the screen shot.

I would recommend you try to log out and back in. If that does not work, please try another browser as a test. If that does not work, please let us know what operating system and browser you are using and what version they are at.
