Adobe Firefly NOT WORKING AT ALL

Firefly has completely stopped working. No matter how I edit the prompt, i am still unable to get any results. I even logged out of my account and logged back in, and am still getting zero results. Please see screenshot attached for what I see every time i try to generate a new prompt.

Thank you for your message. This prompt is definitely triggering something odd in model 4. It will generate if I remove your first sentence or second sentence individually (which is itself very unusual), but I cannot find any specific words triggering it. A bug has been logged for this.

Note, this prompt does work with Model 3, so you might want to use Model 3 in this case.
