AI credit not activating when topped up

Today I got my admin to top my AI credits up. They paid for 50,000 and it has not shown up on my account.


When I click generate in firefly it still shows the request credit dialogue.

 

please help

@r081n sing out and back in and if you dont see the credits in your profile, check with your Admin to make sure they are assigned properly.

Thanks for responding here. Sadly, signing out and back in didn't solve this. Nor did going incognito, restarting my machine or trying from another device. 

i checked with my admin and they confirmed the payment of the credits and were as confused as I am.

 

Any further advice is much appreciated.

Did they assign the credits to your ID? Hopefully the admin didnt purchase under their ID.
