Bibliothéque Firefly et Adobe CS non synchro

Bonjour, quand j'essaie d'enregistrer une image sous firefly dans une bibliothèque que je cré sous firefly, elle n'apparait pas dans mes bibliothèque Photoshop, illustrator... Il y a un problème de synchronisation entre le site et adobe CS.

@yannick.o check your CC desktop app first to make sure it is syncing properly and not asking for an update. Next, make sure you are signed in to the same ID in Firefly as you are in your CC desktop app.

Hello, Photoshop is ok with the last version V25.5.1. I have same ID in Firefly and CC desktop app, I log out, log in. I try with Firefox and Chrome, and it doesn't work.

I have an explanation from the IT. My company's IT department does not authorise the use of the online library for reasons of confidentiality. So I have to save the firefly images on my desktop and then save them in my Creative clouds libraries using photoshop... Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience ;(
