Boards Not working

Just tried to use the new Firefly Boards feature but it doesn't seem to be working at all. Clicking on "Create new board" or "Remix file" under the featured projects loads a page which shows an error saying "Error cloning document". If I then try to drag an image into the browser I get another error saying "Edit access to Firefly Boards (Beta) is required to place files on the canvas".

 

I'm on MacOs 15.6 and tried this in Arc, Safari, Edge and Chrome with the same results.

 

Any help would be very appriciated.

Can you please provide a screen shot of the whole browser window? That can help provide context that might identify the problem. A screen recording would be even better.

Hi @eatshoptravel,

 

I merged your post into this thread where someone else is reporting the same problem. Please tell us your OS and browser. Also, as I asked the other person, can you please provide a screen shot of the whole browser window? That can help provide context that might identify the problem. A screen recording would be even better.

@Sk. Arif Hossain  Yes i have tried too. See here. MacOS Sequoia  15.6.1 i see the website everthing and when i want to open or start a new board it is like this. 

No VPN, cleared cookies etc. loged off and on again.

@Minouche31291795jvgj okay, duplicate the board, the original board may be or wont be accesible. It happened with me a few weeks ago. The duplicate board will be accessible. Let me know if it works.

Hi there - I'm using Chrome and the screen recording can't be attached as apparently I don't have permission to upload a video. The screen is as per the screenshot I shared, then when you click ok, the screen remains blank.

Was hoping to try out the video creation features using boards and make use of the free tools until Oct 1st but sadly it isn;t workiong 😞
