bug attribution crédits génératifs ?

Bonjour,

Depuis ce mois-ci je ne bénéficie plus de Crédits génératifs mensuels (actuellement :Crédits restants : 0/250).

J'aurai du recevoir à la date de ma facture 250 ?

Merci de m'aider car la communication est complexe avec Addobe.

If you look at my graphic above, on your account page, it should list "next payment on" with a date. If you were billed on June 6, that date would now be July 6. You should then see your credits refeshed in your profile:

Je répète pour la nième fois qu’il y a un bug depuis le 5/6/24 et que je n’ai pas eu de recréditer mes 250 crédits

Bonjour. La date de la facture est-elle au 6 mai ou au 5 juin ? Quelle est la formule concernée ?

Can you please try another browser as a test and see if it also appears your credits have not been replentished?

Generative credits are refreshed on the anniversary of when you subscribed. You can see that date by looking at your account page and seeing when your next payment will be charged:

La date de mon abonnement était le 5/6/2024 et n’ai pas eu de crédit nouveau ??
