can't work on my prompts, always gets error after 1 suggest

I always get errors while prompting images, its always when working on the promt after promting it first.
I cant take extranotes or any more information onto the first prompt. 
Firefly doesn't get any style if i whrite down. for example i used: linocut, aquarell painting etc.

      Hi @Jasmina336350944r12,

       

      I am, sorry you are experiencing this problem. The Adobe web site with status information, status.adobe.com, shows one issue, but I do not think the problem listed applies to Firefly.  However, I am having the same problem you identified.  I am not sure what the source is, but I noticed it only seems to be affecting Model 3. Can you try using Model 2?
