Não consigo usar meus créditos, eles estão disponíveis mas recebo aviso que preciso comprar

@Kevin Stohlmeyer - My thinking is that speaking to an Adobe person, a check can be done on the user's account to see what credits are available and if it is locked for any reason.

@DeanUtian they will redirect them back here. @Fernando_Vieira9947 log out and back in to your Adobe account then verify your available Credits by clicking your avatar image (top right) on the Firefly site. Note that it shows your available/total credits.
