Did my account got a freeze from Firefly?

Hello there

I'm a Firefly beta tester a month ago, on July 1 I was generating images but suddenly stop working anymore and come out the error message "please try again later" so I try to relog my Adobe account but still not working, everything in the Firefly website I click is broken and keep asking me to login.

So I request my friend's Adobe account to test in my PC and it absolutely working properly, then I change back to my own account and the same error occurs, no option can be choose just a single Firefly introduction video and login only.

Please let me know what's the problem with my account ro Firefly, Thank you very much

same thing......try signing without your adobe account. use fascebook apple or google. It will work. I have a call tomorrow with adobe to see what the solution is!

I have attempted to resolve the issue by trying various browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, and even Edge. Additionally, I cleared the history and cache, and reinstalled the browsers, but unfortunately, these steps did not solve the problem. Therefore, I can confirm that the issue persists across all three browsers.

It's important to note that I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by exploring different browsers and performing relevant troubleshooting steps. However, the problem remained consistent across all three browsers, indicating that the issue might lie elsewhere.

It's useless to do anything in your system if you're facing the same problem like me

I've proven same PC with 2 Firefly accounts, friend account works but my account not working, it means not our system problem

I'm waiting for Adobe technician's answer, nothing we can do

Tried several different browsers. Deleted History, cache reinstalled Firefox, Chome and even tried Edge to no avail. So that is no from me... Same thing with all three browsers....

I posted in the Express app about this issue. I have the same issue. Nothing has changed with my system from the day it was working until the day it was broke. Did a clean install of chome and firefox so no history issues and cleared cache and had the same problem.
