disappointing trial of video gen

2. ... web and windows11 pro64

3. Type in prompt: "an impressive dragon mantis, the toxodera beieri, is seen catching and eating a beautiful butterfly"  wait. get disappointed.

4. Decent video generation.  received: something less quality than most the local run free models. 

and yeah. totally attached the video. 

hmm. trying out video generation. First one, horrid failure.  Asked it to make a video of "an impressive dragon mantis, the toxodera beieri, is seen catching and eating a beautiful butterfly"   I got a basic ass green asian mantis, holding a butterfly barely, and doing NOTHING with it.  I mean, it's a nice image.. Too bad it doesn't do anything.. LOL. (not really, the camera moves a bit, and the mantid's antennae and head move barely.. but yeah.)  So, did i do it wrong? Is there better ideas for prompting? All i know, is that being i can only use my credits for standard, if the second generation goes this way, I think it's a safe bet I'll stick to veo gens through ai studio.
