Effects won't work in firefly

Effects won't work in firefly. Trying to click on them and nothing happens.

Could you share a screenshot of the end result?

The effect sometimes can be subtle as well. 
I have gone through different Effects in this video: Adobe Effects

I'm having this same issue and have been for weeks, all browsers. Was there any real solution to this other than "we will send it to our developers to look into"

I would have liked them to fix the malfunctioning effects in Firefly 2, but several weeks have passed.

I already canceled the plan. I really liked Firefly 2.
