Please note that Adobe has terms of use which include guidelines for acceptable content.  Those are detailed in this document:  Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines. It is likely that the model believes some content in the video does not meet these guidelines. Without seeing the video and hearing the audio track, it is hard to say what that might be. Even if subjects such as illegal drug use or other topics referenced in the guidelines are mentioned in a clinical sense, for example, they still might be flagged by the model.
