Can you elaborate? Are favorites not being saved into your Favorites folder? Or are you saying they don't persist across devices. If this is the case, this is one of the limitations of this feature right now. From release notes:
There are several limitations for this release:
This will be saved to the local browser and is not connected to an individual's CC Library yet.
Favorites will not persist when switching to a different browser or using an incognito browser
Only works for Text to Image and Text Effect modules
Favoriting images using 'Use as reference image' and 'Show similar' generated images is not optimized yet
If logged out, once signing back in, you will need to refresh the Favorites page to see your favorites
