FireFly Structure Referance Images Generated are Cropped And I don't Know Why?

Firefly keeps cropping my structure reference image "And I don't know why."  Any ideas? Thank you.

    Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

     

    As is mentioned elsewhere in this thread, please check to ensure the aspect ratio of your structure reference image is exactly the same as the generated image.

    Bonjour, lors de l'importation de l'image (mon exemple : texte noir sur fond blanc, 2000 px de L), dans “Structure”, après importation d'un visuel d'exemple dans “Styles” quand il génère les images, il recadre l'image de base. Merci pour vos conseils et avis.

    Hello @LERAVAT,

    Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

    The reference image and the image you are generating must have EXACTLY the same aspect ratio. I think they might not in your case. Take the reference image to generative fill and use generative expand to make it have the apect ratio you want in your generated image, and take this expanced image back to text to image and use as reference.

    Bonjour, Est-ce qu'il y a une dimension maximale d'utilisation.? Dans les paramètres “structures” j'ai importé un visuel, texte sur fond blanc, dim : 3543x1585 px à 300 dpi. Aux résultats, les visuels générés sont recadrés à gauche et à droite, donc le texte est coupé. merci de votre retour

        Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

         

        The most frequent reason this happens is because the structure image and your generation have different aspect ratios. The aspect ratios must be exactly the same.  Please check that and adjust the aspect ratio of your structure reference image if necessary.
