Firefly text to image is extremely slow

I have been trying to generate images and it is taking very long, sometimes up to 5 minutes for images to be generated. Most times it doesn't even generate at all and my internet speed is at 44MBPs. Please help

@garyg81463428 That is good to hear, but you shouldn't have to do that every time. Does this happen on any other device? What version of OS are you currently using?

I cleared my browser cache and that helped somewhat. I was at a complete standstill and it did start running after that. The next time it slowed down I cleared the cache again and it didn’t seem to be as dramatic of a fix as last time, but it did help.

@garyg81463428 Can you share when you have success and when you run into an issue? This might help us pinpoint what might be going on.

Same exact problem here as well. It just pretty much refuses to render an image. No warnings or indications that there's anything wrong. It just sits there and the grey boxes pulsate like they're attempting a render, but nothing ever happens. It had been working okay for a few days early on, but now it just feels like the server is overwhelmed and nothing is generated. The only thing it's been able to accomplish is wasting countless hours of time.

@Oriahi28424191j060 That is super strange. Are you still having the same issue? If you can, try a different device. If you run into the same issue, please try clearing your cache. However, remember that you'll lose all your favorite images if you do.

  • I am using a MacOS and browsing on Chrome.
  • Yes it hasppens on other browers. Tried Safari, same error.
  • I have a fast connection. Gen Fill was taking about a minute to generate, now it keeps loading forever.
  • See screenshot below. I have tried cmd+shift+R, I have used incognito browser, restarted my devices and changed network connections all to no avail.
