I am experiencing an issue where the “Generate” button is disabled and cannot be clicked while using Adobe Firefly.

This issue is blocking my workflow, as I am unable to generate content despite following the standard steps. Kindly investigate and advise on a resolution.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi chandangauns!

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you try signing out and then signing back in to your account?

Let us know how it goes.

Hello @Hemant_Sutar,

Thank you for your message.

What Firefly function are you using?  Can you please include a screen shot of the full browser window?

Thanks,

Hi,

The “Generate” button in Adobe Firefly is usually disabled when required inputs (prompt, settings, language/voice, etc.) are incomplete or invalid. Check that you have a simple, non-empty prompt and that all mandatory fields for the specific Firefly tool (Text to Image, Video, Audio, etc.) are selected. Make sure your Adobe account is active, you have Firefly access and generative credits, then sign out and back in if your plan or region recently changed. If it remains disabled, test in another browser or incognito mode, clear cache/cookies, disable extensions/VPN, and try from a different network or device. If none of this works, contact Adobe Support with screenshots or a short recording so they can check your entitlement, credits, and any feature-specific outages.

Best regards,
