Please try updating to a more recent version of Chrome as the Generative Fill experience requires a more recent version. v103 is almost a year old at this point and its also not safe to be running such an old browser.

Can you please provide the OS and browser versions you are using? (Merging all similar threads here so the team can collect information on this issue)

Please check that you are using the most recent browser version. Generative Fill will not work on Chrome versions prior to v108.

Hi, Good Morning.

For a few weeks it won't let me create any images. It says this "Can't load. This image produced an error. Please try again. Retry" I try again but nothing. Also the generate fill looks so small in the browser that it can't work.

Attached two screenshots with the two problems.

Regards and Thanks

When I open an image, it is roughly 1.5"x1" on my screen. I cannot zoom in or even see what I'm looking at. The tools are covering the image! I cannot move the tool menu from the center of the screen, my image is directly underneath it. The image was uploaded upside down and there is no way to rotate it. Not sure why it was uploaded upside down. I literally cannot even see what I'm doing to even try it out.

Also, when I use the add/subtract brush, I cannot click or select what I want to change. It allows you to click once. When the brush has been clicked, the prompt pops up for you to put in the generator but does not allow you to type. When you click a key, the window goes away.
