Hochskalieren der Bilder funktioniert nicht

New Here ,
Mar 20, 2025 Mar 20, 2025

Hello @susanne_7226,

Thank you for your message.

Could you please make a screen recording of this? Could you please also try another browser and see if the problem occurs in it, also.  As a temporary work around you can try turning off fast mode.

Thanks,

Hey @susanne_7226

Just to add a bit more to what @droopydog500  mentioned.
I find generating images in "Slow Mode" works better. The scaling distortion does not occur.

Essentially, I like to turn "Fast Mode" off.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Wenn ich den Schnellmodus deaktiviere, werden leider gar keine Bilder generiert.

Hi @susanne_7226,

That is odd. Please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner).

Can you try as a test using another browser?

Thanks,

Es lässt sich nicht mehr aufrufen und ist auch in der Galiere nicht mehr vorhanden!

Eine echte Katastrophe!

Hello @Rastaplasta,

If you try another browser, do you get the same error? What OS and browser are you using and what are their version numbers?

Thanks,

I don't use any browsers other than the latest version of Chrome.

Why should I? If Adobe can't get its flagship AI software to work in the world's most widely used browser, then it's useless.

By the way: Slow mode works, but it always gives me upscaled versions that cost credits.

So yes, that's also a plan. Dysfunctional free gadgets that can be compensated for with paid ones. 😉

PS: I'm not entirely sure, but wasn't there an option to upscale a single image back then? That would have been removed then, too. Four images at once also brings in more money.

Hi @Rastaplasta,

Slow mode is only available on Model 3.  Are you only getting this error when generating using Model 4?

In Model 4, all renderings are upscaled. Therefore, the problem affects Model 3.

My apologies. I misunderstood. You are getting that error message when you try to upscale model 3 images, correct?

Are you still having an issue with images disappearing? If so, please check with another browser. This will help us narrow down the issue

I haven't used Firefly for a few days now, but I'll test it again when I get a chance.

But as I already described: I'm using the latest version of Chrome! My Windows 11 Pro is also up to date and runs perfectly. I only installed Chrome on my PC about 14 days ago.

I won't test any other browser!

If Adobe can't make its web interface compatible with the world's most used browser, then Adobe should look for a new field.

I'm tired of being Adobe's guinea pig. I've been using Adobe software since the mid-90s.
Programs are constantly getting new features, often overlapping completely unnecessarily, and Adobe fails to fix bugs that were reported 25 years ago.

So if Adobe wants to compete in the AI space, they should make an effort.
I also use Midjourney in parallel. There are problems here too, but they are usually resolved promptly, and the customer isn't asked to identify the cause. Furthermore, I receive direct support, whereas with expensive software like Adobe, I don't even get personal customer support and have to search for solutions in internet forums.

So no, I won't be testing any other browser.
