I can not generate images

With the text to image function,

after writing the text prompt and I click generate,

firefly does not generate any images.

It consumes my points.

Please fixt the issue and restore points that I consumed.

@Nobumasa26739326kwhr check your firewall settings or Windows Defender (if on a Windows OS) to confirm Firefly is allowed and not blocked. Second, you will have to contact Customer Care to restore credits lost.
